The machine stream.buffalo.edu is supported by various UB staff Monday -
Friday from 8am to 5pm. The support groups involved are:
- System Administration and Email Support:
Academic Services CIT - Web Services handles all system administration including requests
for live streaming accounts and disk space. Other duties include (but are not limited to): chown, chmod,
chgrp requests; creating new directories for files, and resolving any technical problems that a
user may encounter. For all stream.buffalo.edu support, Email:

- User / Client Support:
Several organizations on campus are the primary support groups for instructors wishing to utilize stream.buffalo.edu.
They can manage larger and repeat users under their respective areas. They include:
